After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access details! For online classes and programs, this usually includes a Mighty Network invite and Zoom link(s). For in-person events, the email will include the location and timing info from SquareSpace/Acuity.

Depending on how you signed up, your dashboard or cancellation options may be in one or more of the following places:

  In-person events booked through Acuity can usually be rescheduled or canceled using the link in your confirmation email.

If you’re not sure which platform you used, check your email for your receipt or confirmation message for the class or event. That email will usually tell you where you registered.

Fulfillment timelines vary by product!! Pre-orders and print-on-demand items may take longer to ship and will be fulfilled after production is complete. Estimated fulfillment times are listed on the product. We’re a small team and even smaller on the fulfillment front so we appreciate your patience!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received an update yet, it likely means your order is still in production or queued for fulfillment.

Yep! We do offer scholarships for workshops and programs, but availability can vary. If you’re interested, check the class page for any specifics! We want folks who are excited to make comics to be able to join, no matter the budget.

Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder! If you still can’t find it, try searching your inbox for “SAW” or the name of the class. If it’s still missing, email us and we can help!

Depends on the class! Some classes are live, some are pre-recorded, and some include both. Details are listed on class pages and you’ll receive all the links you need when you sign up.

Class recordings stick around for about 6 months to a year. If you want a copy forever, grab them from Dropbox while they’re up!

Mighty Networks groups live on even after class ends. The instructors won’t be active anymore, but you can still dig through all the content. For active groups to share what you’ve learned, we recommend our Comics Flow + Publish. Memoir, or Alumni memberships!

Try logging out and back in, or accessing the class from a different browser. The internet is glitchy. If issues continue, email us and we’ll help troubleshoot.

Not much. You just need a computer and internet, a pencil, and some paper. To share work, you need a camera or access to a scanner.

You don’t need fancy tablets or expensive gear. Comics can be made with just about anything you can draw on or write with! If you need something like a specific software for something, the instructor will guide you through free or more accessible softwares you can use.
